Access restored. Or no fee.
Professional recovery for your own cryptocurrency holdings you've lost access to — forgotten seed phrases, corrupted wallet files, degraded hardware, and partial recollections. Success-based fee. Documented oversight on every engagement.
Success-based. Always.
No recovery, no fee. Full stop.
We only take cases where we believe recovery is viable after assessment. We carry the risk of the work — you pay a percentage of what we actually restore to your control, nothing if we don't. No upfront fees, no "diagnostic" charges, no clever asterisks.
Eight common situations. And the one we don't take.
Most lost-access cases fall into a small number of recurring patterns. If your situation sits in any of these, it's worth a confidential assessment — often the position is more recoverable than it looks.
Partial seed phrase
You have most of the words but not all — or you have all the words but are uncertain of the order or spelling.
Forgotten wallet password
Encrypted wallet file or keystore where you remember fragments or constraints of your original password.
Damaged hardware wallet
Hardware wallet lost, damaged, or factory-reset, where the seed was recorded but has since been misplaced.
Old or legacy formats
Early wallet formats, deprecated derivation paths, or chains your current wallet no longer supports.
Estate & probate recovery
Executor-led recovery where a deceased holder left partial records. Handled with supervising solicitor correspondence.
Corrupted backup files
Wallet.dat, keystore JSON, or encrypted archives partially corrupted by media failure, encryption error, or migration issue.
Dormant exchange account
Locked legacy accounts where you retain ownership evidence — including traceable KYC, deposit records, and email history.
What we don't take
Scam-recovery cases and any matter where ownership cannot be established. If it isn't yours, we will not help you access it.
A five-stage recovery.
Every recovery follows the same documented process. Ownership verification comes first — always — and the custody chain is recorded end-to-end.
Confidential assessment
You tell us what happened and what evidence remains. We assess viability against our technical playbook and give you an honest read on likelihood of recovery — including when we'd decline to take the case.
Ownership verification
Before any technical work, we verify ownership through identity documentation, transaction history, original purchase records, or solicitor attestation. This stage is non-negotiable.
Engagement letter
Written engagement setting out scope, fee (10% of recovered value), confidentiality, and chain-of-custody protocols. Work only begins once signed.
Forensic recovery
Controlled technical work using our proprietary toolchain alongside specialist recovery partners where the scenario warrants. All work logged for the custody record.
Verification & handover
Once access is restored, you receive guided secure migration to a new wallet under your control. Success fee is deducted from recovered funds at your instruction, not before.
Recovery, with clean hands.
Ownership first, always
We verify before we recover. Without clear evidence of ownership, the case doesn't start — regardless of portfolio size.
No scam-recovery work
If you've been defrauded, you need law enforcement and regulated legal counsel — not a wallet recovery firm. We will say so plainly and we will not take your money.
Documented custody
Every recovery has a written custody record, timestamped from intake through handover. Suited to onward disclosure to auditors, executors, or HMRC.
Professional accountability
Every engagement runs under documented scope and professional-conduct standards. That carries duties that shape how we work — including when we decline.
What clients ask.
What's the real success rate?
It depends entirely on the scenario. Partial seeds with good fragments often recover quickly; forgotten passwords with strong recollection of constraints are similarly tractable. Cases where essentially no evidence remains are rarely worth taking on. We give you an honest viability read at the assessment stage — that's why we take cases we think will succeed, and decline the rest.
How do you verify ownership?
Some combination of: identity documentation, purchase records from exchanges, corroborating transaction history, email and correspondence history, and — for estate cases — probate grants and supervising solicitor attestation. Verification requirements scale with portfolio size.
Is anything charged upfront?
No. No assessment fees, no diagnostic charges, no retainers. Our only charge is 10% of value successfully recovered, deducted on your instruction once funds are under your control. If recovery fails, you owe nothing.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Every engagement is bilateral confidential, and we are happy to sign client-form NDAs ahead of initial assessment. Case records are held under the same documentation standards we apply to our tax and audit work — and are not shared beyond the engagement team without written instruction.
Can you help with an estate or probate matter?
Yes — and with appropriate legal oversight. We work alongside probate solicitors where digital assets form part of the estate, producing recovery reports suited to onward use by executors and HMRC. Ownership is established through the grant of probate alongside our standard evidence framework.
Confidential, no-obligation case assessment.
Tell us what happened and what evidence remains. We'll give you an honest read on viability — with no fees until recovery succeeds.
