Crypto literacy, embedded.
CPD-accredited cryptocurrency training for finance teams and professional firms — delivered in person or remotely. Practical, deliverable-focused, and pitched at the technical level of your audience.
Eight modules. Assembled to fit your team.
Every training programme is assembled from the same module library, pitched and sequenced for the audience in the room — from graduate intake through to audit committee.
Foundations & landscape
Blockchain, tokens, exchanges, custody — the technical substance your team needs to understand what they're actually looking at.
UK regulation & FCA
Financial promotions regime, MLR, travel rule, and the direction of UK policy — translated into what matters for your firm.
Accounting & reporting
IFRS, FRS 102, recognition, measurement, and disclosures — with worked examples drawn from real practice.
UK tax & HMRC
CGT, income treatment, corporation tax, and the HMRC Cryptoassets Manual — focused on the judgement calls practitioners face.
Custody & operational risk
Hot vs cold, multisig, institutional custody, and the control failures that have actually broken firms.
Audit & assurance
What external audit expects — evidence, reconciliation, existence testing, and the new questions auditors are starting to ask.
DeFi & protocols
Liquidity pools, lending, staking, bridges — how they work, how to account for them, and where the tax sharp edges sit.
Governance & policy
Board-level framing, risk appetite, policy drafting, and how to brief NEDs on exposure they've never managed before.
Four delivery shapes. One standard.
Half-Day Session
Four hours, three to four modules, one cohort. The right shape for finance teams getting a first proper grounding, or for refreshing an existing team.
Full-Day Intensive
Seven hours, six modules, deeper worked examples and scenario workshops. For teams who need to become operationally confident, not just briefed.
Bespoke Programme
Multi-session curriculum built around a defined capability outcome — onboarding a new crypto-facing function, or re-skilling an existing team.
Board Briefing
Ninety-minute executive briefing for boards, audit committees, or leadership teams navigating digital asset exposure for the first time.

What clients ask.
Is this CPD-accredited?
Yes. Our sessions are structured around verifiable CPD hours suitable for the main UK accountancy and tax professional bodies. Attendees receive a certificate confirming hours, module content, and the learning outcomes covered — ready to log in their CPD record.
How do you pitch the technical level?
Every session begins with a short scoping conversation to understand the audience — their existing exposure, roles, and specific questions. Content is then pitched, sequenced, and worded for that room. A graduate intake and a head of finance do not need the same session.
Remote or in-person?
Either. In-person works best for full-day and workshop formats; half-days and board briefings run equally well remotely. For UK delivery, travel is included in-quote up to London and the Midlands; elsewhere is billed at cost.
Can you deliver to mixed audiences — finance, legal, operations?
Yes, and this is often the right model. Mixed-function sessions tend to produce better questions and sharper outcomes, because the operational, financial, and legal angles surface together. We design the content flow to keep each function engaged throughout.
Do you deliver to other professional firms?
Yes — a meaningful share of our training work is delivered to accountancy practices and law firms whose partners need to advise clients with digital asset exposure. Content is pitched for professional-services audiences and can be anchored to specific live matters under appropriate confidentiality.
